What's Included:

  • “Is It Helpful?” Sort

Students will look at 16 cards and decide whether or not they describe something that is helpful. They will place each card under the corresponding heading.

  • Helping Challenge Cards

Challenge your students to help others by giving them one of these 8 challenge cards. This will give kids tangible ideas for how they can help others. You can also cut out the cards and have students place the cards around the school for others to find. The goal of this is to involve other students in the school in the mission to help!

  • “I Can Be A Helper” Journal

Students will use this journal to record ways that they have helped every day in the week. Each day, they can think about one way that they have helped and respond to the prompts on the page.

  • Being A Helper Worksheets

These two worksheets will help kids think about the effects of their actions and how they can help others.

  • All materials come in color and black and white
