$2.00

Helping students feel confident about test taking just got easier. In this no-prep lesson, kids will consider how they can be better prepared for the test, and will learn 6 test-taking strategies they can use on the test.

The lesson includes discussion questions and 3 activities:

  • Activity #1: Kids will look at different examples and talk about whether or not these things will help them feel prepared for the test.

  • Activity #2: Kids will use collaborative worksheets to learn about these 6 test-taking strategies:

    • Read the directions carefully

    • Underline or circe important information

    • Try to answer all of the questions,

    • If you don’t know the answer - skip it and come back to it

    • Cross out the answers you know aren’t right

    • Double check all of your answers

  • Activity #3: Kids will take a “quiz” about animals to practice the test-taking strategies they have learned.
