              Identifying Feelings: No-Prep Lesson Plan For Kids In Grades K-2
Being able to recognize and identify your feelings is a crucial step of self-regulation and emotional intelligence. In this no-prep lesson, kids will become more familiar with 6 different emotions and will think about what it feels like to experience each one. They will leave this lesson with a better understanding of how to identify feelings in themselves and others.
This lesson plan is aligned to the ASCA mindsets and behaviors and the CASEL framework.
